An entrepreneur and experience project manager with a deep understand of the interior design and architecture industry.  I have a robust background in the commercial and residential industry so I can help you streamline your operations, manage the details and keep projects moving forward. I provide onsite and remote services for the design and decorating industry.

Obtaining and managing quote requests is a huge and time-consuming task. Orchid will work with you to confirm item specifics, then reach out to vendors for quotes and manage follow up.

Product Purchasing

Multiple vendors and purchasing requirements? No problem. Orchid will manage vendor requirements, purchase organization, and receipt balancing to ensure client invoices are correct.

Warehouse Management

Having a great receiving warehouse is essential for seamless deliveries. Orchid can obtain pricing quotes, create vendor accounts, and confirm items are received and stored without damage.

Installation Coordination

Let Orchid take over your installation planning. We will schedule the delivery with the moving company, compile product tear sheets and warranty information, and build an installation binder for you, your client, and your movers.

Expediting and Logistics

Orchid will coordinate shipping logistics, verifying that pieces are shipping to the correct location(s) via appropriate methods, securing third-party shipping quotes, and working with vendors for rush shipment when needed.

Post-Installation Support

Even the most perfect install may need additional support after the fact. Orchid will work with you and your client until the project is fully closed to ensure every detail is perfect and your client is absolutely thrilled.
