Hi, I’m Allison. I’m a communications strategist and writer with a decade of experience in the design industry.

I honed my skills at leading design-focused PR agencies in NYC, leading programs and launches for major brands like 1stDibs, Arteriors, Kohler Co., Serena & Lily, Steelcase, The Shade Store, and York Wallcoverings. This has allowed me to specialize in developing robust communications strategies for showroom openings, anniversaries, and licensed designer collections and partnerships, having launched programs with Leanne Ford, Amber Lewis, Barry Dixon, Jay Jeffers, Celerie Kemble, Workshop/APD and more. My experience spans a broad spectrum of product categories – wallcoverings to window treatments, sofas to smart home solutions, DIY to high design – and includes work with leading firms and individuals in the A&D space. I’ve also led strategic partnerships in art, fashion, and consumer lifestyle, which allows me to deftly dabble across industries on behalf of my clients.
